Cut as much as you can in one spot, pry it up and get a chain around a wad of the fence. Use a chain fall or come along to get it moving, and have someone with a spade walk along and cut roots and vines holding it, or help pry it out.
Or if you’re close enough to me, I’ll bring a skidder and tree puller down, then you can work the time off tearing out trees for me. Seriously.
