I used to have dozens of phone numbers in my head. Now I don’t.
Isn’t that the truth! I have to think sometimes to remember my own phone number. I’d really have to think to come up with my wife’s phone number, and doubt I could come up with any others. Yet, I could still rattle off a dozen or more numbers from 40 years ago that are no longer in service from the days before cell phones.
