SE MN | That’s true, it is impossible to know what is coming. But if the guy was barely positive for repayment or even worse negative during more “normal” times then odds are he is going to struggle in the not too distant future.
All that being said, this is no different for you and the bank than for me when the landlord with the farm across the road come and says the rent is going to be going up to a number that I feel is unsustainable. Am I going to let that farm go? Likely not. I don’t want to lose that farm and you don’t want to lose a customer.
