in the five years this example covers land in his area went from $12,000/ac to $10,700/ac based upon the actual land sales in his area of the world. So it declined 11% over 5 years. I would say that qualifies as a drift lower. Again you have no way of knowing what is coming. Is it going to turn around or is it going to get worse.
