That is what puts the hurt on this deal for me.
It is probably why I am not worth as much as the guy borrowing this money.
One question I have is if the income is figured as actual cash income or if it is accrual? ( increase in net worth, not liquid)
$500,000 income figuring an increase of net worth does not make payments unless one sells. Then one has to figure out how to pay the tax.
