Does it matter?

This could be a real-world situation and it was interesting going through the scenario.

My UW-Madison education didn't give me much of any financial education, nor did my first four bankers I learned most of what they want on my own and in some cases the hard way and could still learn more. I think it's great that lenders like him show us what happens on the other side of the desk and it's helpful to anyone who borrows money or doesn't want to look at all the what if scenarios.
