I'm guessing this all played out the last boom cycle of 2012 on forward. Pointing out the fact by an example of how things are getting toppy and to be careful overextending yourself as its probably gonna be a repeat.
Ok, that makes more sense all around. That could have been a guy I knew in college. He ended up selling it with a lease-back, and while he was able to get his head above water and he's treading along now, it really sucks that he wasn't able to hold on another three years. He could have made a couple thousand/acre instead of losing most of what he had paid in. |
