n. Illinois		Working capital is what keeps you in business without relying on the mercy of some creditor.

If you could promise never to have an earnings surprise to the negative you might be able to get by without it.

Every broke farmer/business went broke because of the lack of working capital.

There has never been one that failed that had tons of working capital but refused to deploy it.
