My point is about biting off more than you can chew and everyone can chew a different amount.
If I'm approved to buy a 160 lets say-but everything has to go absolutely perfect to make it work or
I buy an 80 instead and have some cushion if things go to hell. I'd do the 80 every time given the choice. Things rarely go perfect for me.
I've heard the saying several times. "If it wasn't a good idea the bank wouldn't have given me the money" Personally-I cringe a little when I hear that.
I watched the video on your store a while ago. You got a nice operation up there.
