I think supply and demand will start to favor the supply side, and if interest rates would head higher that starts to trim the demand side, farm places still sell good here too, but are on the market a lot longer.  High cash rents are here to stay, way too much machinery capacity these days, until guys start running out of cash, rents go higher.  If you want to stay where your at forever, build new, if not save cash.
