I wouldn't move an old house in, would rather fix what you have. There will be some really nice farm places to buy in 3-4 years, lots of guys around 70 talking about moving to town, their kids have built new houses or moved away. Fill the cream cans with cash now and have a down payment on a new place in 3-5 years. Be in a position to buy the guy's place and rent his land with it.
