Saronville NE | Lots of intresting thoughts and see Im not the only one running into this promblem. When we moved in 3 yrs ago, we put new roof on, and sided it, new furnace, new water heater, all new carpet and linoleum, and repalinted every room, redid the bathroom, had no shoer put new shower in, had bolt to wall sink yet, so new vanity and such, new lights and ceiling fans, andjust put in new pressure tank last week. Its not a bad little house but little rooms, and absolutely no storage space, the closets are all little bitty, and just no room, the base ment wall the way they are it is always damp down there and store stuff down there gets moldy so we dont use the basement at all. We fought mold really bad here before we moved in, the previous guy was a horder and had the basement stacked to the ceiling with boxs of magazines, papers, etc etc, well with the walls gettin bad it leaks everytime it rains, so you can imagine what it was like when the basement got cleaned out, we sprayed with CLorox 3 times seem to have got it all, but every now and then after a rain you can still find some if you go down stairs, we keep a fan and dehumdifier running fulltime down there. But if we go somewhere for a few days and the house is closed up yu can smell that damp stale air upstairs.
Thats a little more of the situation! | |
