Ayr Queensland Australia 4807 | put a light on the compressor wire to ensure its staying engaged when working the machine as it relies on the vac switch to scontrol it , has it got the correct size orifice tube fitted in the correct way , have you got the correct quanity of oil too much can reduce effiency
Air gap on the compressor clutch this also will play up when hot and running.
Put the gauges on the machine and work the machine ,let us know the pressures.
Also ensure the earth strap from the compressor to the engine block is in place i think that was a PIP or bulletin

Also i said it many times diagnose first ,test your conclusion and then repair after repair test again before the tech goes.
Air con is simple but can be very tricky it only takes one minor thing to make it bad. |
