“These are the times that try men's souls.” | In my county, we have a K-3 school on the western end here. Our kids have always gone full days for kindergarten. But the town kids still only go half days. It was mainly for a busing issue, that they went full days. We got along just fine with it. The killer was when our school district went to 4 day school week last year. That took a lot of getting used, the kids took almost the full year to get adjusted to it. I still don't agree with it, but I was a lone parent against it. |
