East-Central Ontario | I don't ever remember anything but full day kindergarten (and junior kindergarten) here, either Monday/Wednesday/alternate Fridays or Tuesday/Thursday/alternate Fridays. Our girls (grade 1 and JK now) were so excited about meeting new kids it didn't bother them a bit except the youngest one tended to fall asleep eating her lunch the first couple of months.
I think it mostly depends how the parents treat it. | |
