If there was no expressed warranty there ain't much you can do! IF he is avoiding your calls he must be aware there were issues, He should at least answer your calls. But its pretty much buyer beware when buying used machinery! You must not have drove it before you bought it.Clutches don't go out that fast under normal circumstances!
