We have a 94 year model Yale, 5000 lb lift, diesel engine, 3 stage mast. It has 17,xxx hours on it and works fine(the brakes are weak but work). Got it about 5 years ago, seems like we use it all the time but only put on maybe 100 hours/year.

IIRC, I paid $6500 when I bought it, as-is, as-traded from a Yale dealer. Should have been cheaper, but I was hot to buy, didn't want to wait for the right deal. This has worked out OK.

Edit-Ours has pneumatic tires. The "cushion" tires are useless except on hard surfaces.
