A very used forklift will need a good service dept behind it. Service calls and transmission and engine problems made our experience unpleasant esp when the service people were loacated over 100 miles away. I would not buy a propane powered unit for the simple reason the tank always seems to be on empty and unless you have or instal a transisterized ignition you will be fighting ongoing plug and points problems . Maybe my lesson is to try to buy a more recent machine and hope the dealer is honest.
