Agent Orange: Friendly fire that keeps on burning.

If most of your work is inside on a slab, there are merits to a battery lift.

Lift

Mine is a stand-up, 5,000 pound capacity. Nice, not having to worry if it has fuel or will start on cold mornings. No stink in the buildings either.

 off road

My lift usually gets kept and used mostly in my shed, but if I'm careful, I can run back and forth between shop and shed. You can see the little red lift at the front of the air-seeder, on one of its trips between buildings.

 Cylinder Remove

Here, Wane is removing the R72 cylinder so we can do some work on it and the cage. Once you have a lift, you'll find a bunch of uses for it and many of them will be stuff that would be a whole lot more difficult if you didn't have a lift.

My lift doesn't have a side-shift. It would be nice, but we get along fine without it. Still so much nicer than trying to use a tractor and loader. Visibility, maneuverability, control, & size are some of the advantages.
