My cheap ass reputation precedes me. Either that, or you have a webcam spying on my craftsman's box compilation.
This would also give more understanding why everyone tries to patch that back raise in the hopper where they are all cracked out with fiberglass first.
So, instead of a drill bit, perhaps just use a grinder and buzz all the heads off the old rivets off. Not like it's going to hurt anything tossing that used top into the pile to goto the town dump.
Then again, I'm thinking this might be another application for my beloved Vette bond I have so much luck with.
