Pretty simple r and r isn't it?
Looks like just walk around with a drill to drill out the rivets. Peel the old one off, lay the new one on, rivet it on.
Is there some sort of seal between the fiberglass top and the rest of the hopper that a guy need to put a strap over the top and suck it down so the rivet holes line up?
