Kansas | I've noticed in the chaff pile behind the combine without some sort of whipper it has a hard time of getting that seed down into soil and then covering it up with only soil.
I don't doubt what you say is true, I just know what I'm used to seeing work up here and I can't picture it working without those whippers.
for that matter, I want a leading coulter too to cut any long stem laying in the way, in half for the whippers to part off to the side. | |
