Our local elevator paid a huge amount/fine/royalties here a few years ago. Seems like it was almost 6 figures. They were selling TAM 110. (Texas A&M protected variety) Anyway, they stopped selling wheat seed all together. I won't sell wheat to anybody, not even my Dad because of the way I hear THEY (?) are cracking down.
What is the fine, or what is the law pertaining to selling seed wheat?
