I would think a websearch for "Plant Variety Protection Act" would yield some information.
I also noticed the add in the HPJ this week. I know from first hand reports that such adds have caused problems for others in the past. Amazing as it may seem, there apparently was someone in the KDA who knew how to read.
What is the fine, or what is the law pertaining to selling seed wheat?
