In Arkansas, Agripro knew they had a shortage this year and went to the State Plant Board and got some acres sold as certified re-certified. In other words they got blue tag wheat from blue tag wheat. I grow seed wheat for them as well as some university lines. I believe in PVP protection, that is what funds their research to bring new varieties to the market. So far, their is still wheat available in our area.
