There was a grain dealer in Tribune, Kansas selling non certified Jagalene two years ago. The Agripro rep made a buy and then returned with the company attorney. They settled on the spot for $50,000 which would have been close to the royalties owed had the seed been certified. Seems the grain dealer had sold plenty of it. He got off way cheaper then going to court.
What is the fine, or what is the law pertaining to selling seed wheat?
