All very good points ! I thought since Dupont owned Pioneer they are now corn breeders as Monsanto is now a corn breeder after purchasing Holdens, Dekalb and Asgrow, It's my mistake, I'm sorry if I saw it wrong. You are accurate to assume that Lima Grain might be using like genetics through their companies. I will say it again, it is the dealer or reps duty, as a seedsman, to help make sure that true genetic diversity is achieved. If desired by the grower!

I think the only way to get that genetic diversity is to work with companies that provide growers with alternatives such as different branded traits and genetic pools. What do you think?
