I have a browning 3 spd behind a 10spd in an old white with a live floor. And in Low it does creep along. Is it a real coarse roughage that it wont feed out even. My old 280 spits it out Ok if its ground or chopped fine enough. Yours isnt a Vertical mixer # is it. ?

Local mechanic found a 3 speed underdrive and finished installing it last Thursday. Used it every day since then, and it works like a charm! Goes about 2mph in the low hole. I think we are going to like it! :-)
