My feedtruck has a 13spd manual so I will not be much help. The last feedtruck I ran with a automatic was a 4x4 with a hi-lo transfer case. It would drive extremely slow when put in the low side. I was wondering if you could put a 2 speed rear end in it and get it slow enough and still keep your top speed. Don't know just thought I would throw that out there for thought.
