You have a freestall barn?? 15% over stock is normal.. I've been on a couple very good dairy's, production wise and they were at 50% over stock.. Not sure how they were doing it but they were (are).. You know what will happen if you sell the cows?? Corn will take a dump and milk will go up.:)
