| Was talking to an older gent some time ago, he said before the Hispanics invaded one of the best jobs in the county was milking or roofing, now they are considered bottom of the barrel, (nothing against the race but it's the low wage that crippled the industry) one has to factor in the fact that a great % of them are on gov assistance, thus you the taxpayer is supplementing the lower wage. a domino effect from hell. one can only dream of the good old days and how it used to be, was born and raised on a hog/dairy farm in the midwest, it seems the Pacific Northwest where I now reside has heavier Latino population. | |
