There are so many variables that it is almost impossible to quote an amount per square foot. If you get the absolute cheapeast materials you can get a 1700 sq foot house built for around $130,000 here, no finished basement. The same home with quaility materials, and finished basment will run you $300,000 +. You should fall somewhere in that range :)
