I am an appraiser in a rural area, and going by the cost approach, I'd anticipate $125/sq. ft. on the floor level and around $45/sq. foot on the basement (including a sump pump, but no bathroom). A great deal depends upon your choice(s) of materials (especially in the bathrooms and kitchens). Best of luck on this exciting endeavor!
