central - east central Minnesota - | cyclone jeff - 2/25/2011 06:44 We are pricing a new stick built house.......1528 sq ft main floor full basement with 1248 sq ft finished, attached 2 car garage, do any of you have a rough idea of $ per sq ft we should expect? I'm not much of a carpenter, so i would have to hire most all of it done. I know prices could vary alot........we don't need it to impress the neighbors with it, just a nice functional house.
$100 bucks a sq ft on up around here. All materials seem to continue to move up in price . .. labor seems to be somewhat negotiable . . . . that would be around "here". |
