We are putting up a modular this spring, almost 2200 sq/ft finished,full unfinished basement,30x24 garage,poured sidewalk and 8x30 patio outside basement walkout and 30x20 approach to garage all for around $116 sq/ft. Running rural water in from 1/8 mile away,septic and electric and 20kw genset will add right at $20,000
