NE Iowa | Figure about $110 sf for the house and $15 sf for the basement, about $20 sf for garage. Then septic, elec, and water to the house. We are in the same stages. Here's the numbers I have gotten - $14,500 for the hole and all the grading ready for grass seed. $6500 for septic. $2375 for rural water (includes under the road and estimate to the house). $4500 for underground elec. to our site (300 ft) and to a meter on the house. | |
