I've been through what you're doing, several times, including a Greatwood Log Home. 4 years ago we wanted to move again, and like you, into something modest and practical. We really like the modular home we decided on. High quality, built inside, and delivered to our site and moved into in 3 weeks. Would never do stick home again!!!
