biggest problem is all dealers refer to all of these homes
as modular. manufactured homes can be upgraded. then
you lose the cost savings. manufactured homes in most
cases depreciate. some lenders are not lending on
manufactured homes. modular homes are compared
on the appraisal as being equal to stick built homes.
i've been in the home lending business for 28 years.
there is a difference.
