I did the Logix blocks with 8" of concrete in between. Did not feel the
geothermal would be of much value and the spray foam was only used in
the ceiling. It is a very tight house. Tankless hot water system is very
nice. All doors are 36" wide for our older days. Oversized the garage
in length and width. Room to open car doors and walk around.
