Fulton Il | Just got started framing our new house last week. 1900 sq ft ranch style, 3 car, going with Geothermal, and have someone contracted for the spray foam which is not cheap (almost $7000) for walls of house and garage, and vaulted ceilings of house. Got 3 bids on the foam and took the middle man, highest was $11000, low was $5000 but was a guy that does it in his spare time from his normal job and previous customers (which werent many) didn't have much good to say about his skills or work ethic. Friend of ours built across the way and did the foam, it seems well worth it! Good luck, and if you think you knew stress just wait, U aint seen nothin yet! lol | |
