Shure glad you like your TRAILERHOUSE because that is what a modular home is a glorfied trailer house no way around it local guy here did it was telling how great it was and was so much cheaper said he put the better windows in, upgraded almost everything and now that he has it admits it is a trailer house and after all the upgrades is was only about 20K cheaper, now live in that house for 20 years and then go sell it will guarantee you will get a lot more than 20K more for the stick built house. I disagree also. You have not seen todays modular houses. They are nothing like a trailer house other then they came to your location behind a truck. My mod came with 2x4 on 16" centers interior walls, 2x6 on 16" centers on exterior walls and 2x10 floor joist. How is that like a trailer?
