I basically get $2.00 a pound hanging at the time of kill
If I cut and vacuum package my self I get $.50 a pound more but I have to be careful to who I do this for as I'm not inspected
If I take to a USDA shop I get $2.75 a pound
My beef is all natural and grass feed with no grain
And that was last years prices hopefully I should get $2.50 a pound or more this year
