"traditionalist only expert," thus have never REALLY tried the type of program mentioned.

Cheapest gains, Maximiun DP, and Healthiest Meat is always achieved at the point where muscle and frame growth caps with just a "bare" touch of finish on em.

Do the afore with say a Saler/Pied or decent Blonde Cross and your DP is in the 70's, not the 60's too.
