We sell live weight customer pays process, around $.45-$.55/lb +$50 kill. Live weight price is around $1.30lb. Avg. butcher out will be 62%, these are corn fed for a month or two first. Only add a small fee ($20) if someone takes less than a half.
Make damn sure you get a deposit and do not release the beef until the people have paid both you and the processor.
