My first was a '55 F-100. Led it home with a chain and pulled out the sick 292 and Ford-O-Matic and dropped in a 351W,FMX and a 9 inch rear. Took a couple of leaves out of each spring pack to bring it down to the ground and hit the road. That was a fun truck. Next was a '70 Mach 1 Mustang 351C 3spd and a 3.00 rear axle. Talk about going down the road.
I still have them both and now my 8 year old son is eyeballing the truck and making big plans.
