Berks County Pa.		I have known several people who tried the "progressive" bifocals. None of those peersons like them. I got the regular bifocals some years ago. It took a little while for my eyes to become accustomed to them and then they were fine. Your eyes will deal with anything that is constant but the "progressive" bifocals are not constant so your eyes can't deal with them. A number of years ago, I heard of an experiment where they put lenses that would turn the image upside down on a person. After a few days the person saw the images right side up. When they took off the lenses, the images were upside down for a few days and then went right side up again. Acually it is not your eyes that deal with things but your brain.
