Yep that's what they told me when I first got glasses and after the second change I told them to get me the lined ones.

Been well pleased ever since.

When I drive I discovered that I have a tendency to lean my head back a little.

Didn't notice it till I started the progressive lens.

Also get the bifocals on the top side too you'll be glad you did I'm sure
