south east iowa		I had the same problem with progressive lenses. I tried them for a week and took them back for a single lense. Reading small print I just take my glasses off.


FWIW I talked to a eye tech at Walmart telling her my experience with progressive. She told me because of my height, 6'2" I was too tall for progressive because I was always looking down, thus causing me to stumble looking through the progressive part, not the upper part. She recommended trying regular Bi-focal lenses and have a pair of single rx for tv watching. I need my eyes tested again and plan to look her up to make a pair for me. She had 30yrs of experiance unlike the last person that fitted me.
