If you want to argue semantics and technicalities of the "invalid fair catch" rule, I suppose.
If you want to look at 1000's of previous games where that call is NEVER made, then no.
Neither the on field officials or the the MN players on the field thought it was a fair catch signal in real time.
On the other hand, this was obviously an illegal screen. Its not at all questionable. Even the UConn coach knew it was an illegal screen when it was called.
