| First, thank you to everyone who responded. I truely appreciate it.
From all the responses, I have concluded that my initial reaction was valid. Run the other way. I have two underground pipelines running through my property and when they put them in, they made promises and few were kept. Wind towers seem to be worse to the nth degree. They are proposing four towers on my land and if you look at the number they give you it is around 5 million. But dig deeper and that is over a 50 year period! The contract they gave me is 25 pages of legalise. I read through the first 10 pages and there is no way in hell I would sign it. I have talked to a few neighbors and they are foaming at the mouth to get towers. But, most of them are either living somewhere else or on deaths doorstep, so they won't have to deal with the noise or construction hassles.
